Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day return policy on everything we sell; the return period begins on the day that you receive the item. Just send an email to support@heisermanaudio.com to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all originally included items (case, wires, screws, etc). For microphone capsules, there may be a 20% restocking fee if the capsule was damaged after receipt (fingerprints, punctures, saliva, etc). For items returned in new condition, a full refund will be issued for the original purchase price, not including shipping.  

EXCHANGES

If you received any item that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible to exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at support@heisermanaudio.com.

SHIPPING

Everything at Heiserman is custom made and hand built, so there may be a lead time. Please see individual product pages regarding lead times. We will inform you once your item has shipped and provide tracking information. We ship via USPS by default, but if you require an alternative shipping method, please let us know, and we can probably accommodate your request (additional shipping charges may apply). Please note, international shipments often take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
